Garyen Denning brings close to 20 years of experience to Red Draw focused on turnkey development of real estate, operations and financing options for a variety of projects. Garyen managed Red Draw’s restaurant and hospitality division for several national concepts and handled the growth and development of our brands.
Garyen graduated from Wake Forest University and went on to receive his Masters in Business from the Warrington School at the University of Florida. He began his career with E&J Gallo Winery in the Chicago market before moving to Lexington to pursue real estate development projects and restaurant brand growth.
For Red Draw projects, Garyen works with the client and financial institutions up front to put competitive financing packages in place for the benefit of all parties, ensuring a successful long-term relationship with all stakeholders. Garyen oversees the construction of some projects in the portfolio providing a finished product to our tenants on time and within budget. He currently serves as chair of the Bluegrass Airport and has served on the Board since 2016.
