Megan Walsen brings with her a wealth of international business experience and a detailed knowledge of large-scale project rollouts and implementations. Her focus is to ensure successful planning, create project team efficiencies and aid in ensuring a successful outcome and delivery for all stakeholders involved.
Graduating in 2005 from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, Megan double majored in Business Administration and Modern Languages. Prior to Red Draw, she led the financial business partner program in Santiago, Chile for Royal and Sun Alliance, an international insurance group based in the UK. From there, she managed the financial control compliance program and rollout for Latin America.
Megan gained development and strategic experience as Lead Director for Strategic Marketing at AutoNation, ranked 141 on the Fortune 500 and based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She built the playbook, managed the strategic rollout and oversaw the construction and development for a new wave of AutoNation USA locations across the country.
At Red Draw, Megan manages project approach and structure for new P3 developments and other construction projects. She also oversees the logistics and management of various large-scale commercial facilities within the company portfolio around central Kentucky. Megan is a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), a CFM (Certified in Facility Management) from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) as well as a member on the Marketing committee for Downtown Lexington Partnership.
